Concrete modification by DuraCrete
Low environmental footprint in concrete production with a 20% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions with the use of DuraCrete. DuraCrete is a hardening accelerator. In addition to the acceleration of the hydration process, further positive properties appear, making the application of DuraCrete extremely attractive in the production of concrete, both technically and economically.

Concrete mixing calculation
During concrete production, the addition of DuraCrete results in the following benefits:
Approximately 20% reduction in cement content required in concrete production.
Increased compressive strength of hardened concrete by 8% to 10%.
Concrete crack formation eliminated or significantly reduced. Achieved by significantly increased bending tensile strength occurring during early stages of hydration process.
This enables construction of large-format concrete paving slabs from 10 to 20 metres in diameter, without reinforcement and a 50% reduction of expansion joints. Less expansion joints increase vehicle travel comfort over the surface and reduce expansion joint maintenance.
